Policies for Ordering a Custom Creation
A few things about my customs:
I do not "Play with" or "Pose" my customs. After making them, and
shooting pictures, they go in a display case. This being said, I have adapted my style to not have to worry about articulation
too much. This allows me to get the most perfect matches character-wise and not worry too much about paint rubbing. I do my
best to limit having to paint them, so if you are looking for a figure you can pose 100 ways, I can figure it out.
Like
all artwork, no two pieces are ever the same, but retain the integrity of the character's look. Customers may
wish to sumbit a photo or picture of the character they are looking for, and in fact, I encourge it.
Timeframe: I am a married guy with a 3 kids, and a two family house to take care of. At any time, I can have between 3-5 customs on my workbench along with personal stuff.
Average timeframe for a typical custom is one month. This could be longer due to the complexity of the character, or availability
of parts at said time. If there is one thing I am good at, it's keeping in touch with the buyer. I also send pictures
of the custom in it's working state for customer approval.
A side note request:
I like the customer to take a picture of their purchase
once displayed with maybe a small "testimonial" for my website.
Payment must be made half up front which is only refundable should I not come through(or
cannot physically do your custom) If you decide you do not want said figure, I keep the deposit.
All of our transactions are protected by PayPal. This protects you the buyer as well as myself.
If you do not have PayPal, arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.
I ship your order as soon as it's completed.
I offer the following shipping methods:
Priority US Postal Service w/Delivery Confirmation
Priority International w/Delivery Confirmation
Returns
Customers often ask what my return policy is. I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you
are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I
will do what we can to make it right.
